I am a 3rd generation Chinese-Vancouverite living on the traditional and unceded territory of the Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish) and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations (North Vancouver) with my young family.
I take joy in figuring out all the minute-to-minute details required to produce an event with various moving parts. My favourite thing to hear from a client is that I am making the event planning process simple, easy and stress-free.
Having had the pleasure of planning corporate and social events from small intimate gatherings to dinner for 1000, my team and I can make any event seem like a walk in the park.
While based in North Vancouver, Canada, I love to travel (especially for events)!

PACKAGES
ALL IN
Our All In package takes care of every minute detail from engagement until you speed away in your getaway car at night’s end. From venue selection and vendor management to event design and coordination, we will work closely with you to ensure that your wedding dreams come to life with ease and confidence.
CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE
Our Choose Your Adventure planning package gives you the flexibility on how to best use our team’s expertise. We will dedicate 100 hours to whatever and where you need us; whether it be vendor management, budget monitoring, timeline creation or something else, we are here for you. Then, our team will be there on event day to execute the plan.
TAKEOVER PLANNING
For the couple that has time to take the reins on the planning and only needs someone to clean up and finalise timelines and execute their well-thought-out plans. Our team will take over the planning 6 weeks out, providing you with the support and day-of coordination you need to create a seamless celebration.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Elevate your business gatherings with our tailored corporate event packages. From team celebrations, and seamless conferences to engaging team-building retreats, we offer comprehensive solutions for every occasion. Every event is unique and has it's own blend of logistics, scope and the all-important budget. We are happy to sit down with our potential clients for a no-pressure, how's-life, complimentary coffee date to chat through the event plans. We would love to help!
Since every event is different, we take the information from the initial consult and build out a custom estimate for each of our clients.
From there, it is easy sailing...for our clients at least! We will be busy developing a work back schedule, meeting vendors, executing site visits and just being overall on top of things.

VI + CHRIS
A pair of soulmates ready to make things official, V&C set out to plan their wedding but in the midst of the pandemic. Due to changing government policies, there was uncertainty around their guest list and whether all their guests were going to make it in person, including a bridesmaid from the states. As their wedding planner, we hatched a plan and brought to life two ways of ensuring their guests and bridesmaid could participate, even from afar.
For the bridesmaid, who couldn’t make it past the border in the end, we had her record a surprise video to be shown at dinner and secretly got to work on creating a larger than life-sized lollipop sign (imagine her head on a sign post). They were floored when one of the groomsmen walked the “bridesmaid” down the aisle and needless to say, they became a hit on the dance floor.
To ensure the bridesmaid and the other guests from afar could participate, we sent out links to a livestream and set-up and tested it to make sure of the connection in our rural setting. The love in the room was magic, uniting everyone near and far. Even from across the globe, friends and family tuned in for this epic celebration.
Vi & Chris proved that love can conquer anything, and their wedding was an epic reminder of that.
